Blueberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 egg whites (depending on size)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. saltine crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 can blueberry pie filling
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Add vanilla.
    Chop nuts and crumble saltines; fold into whites.
    Spread in pan; bake until golden and firm.
    Let cool completely, then spread on Cool Whip, then pie filling.
