French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    cheese of choice
    croutons
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until golden, about 20 minutes.
    Add flour and cook about 5 minutes, stirring to prevent flour burning on pan bottom.
    Add broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to prevent lumping.
    Bring to boil; season to taste.
    Simmer a while.
