Embelle'S Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed squash
    1 medium onion
    1 bell or yellow pepper
    2 tsp. butter
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the onion and pepper in the butter. Add to the cooked and mashed squash.
    Add the egg.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    If too soupy, crumble saltines until suitable. Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
