Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Sausage and cheese need to be at room temperature.
Mash sausage.
Sprinkle cheese and flour in a little at a time.
Put on greased cookie sheets.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Turn and cook 10 to 12 minutes longer.
To keep warm, put in crock-pot on low heat.
Great for parties.
