Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except butterscotch chips.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Pour the butterscotch chips on top of batter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
