Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large mushrooms
1/2 lb. Italian sausage or turkey sausage
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
several drops oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Boil mushrooms until tender (about 1/2 hour).
Remove stems; snip into small pieces.
Combine stems with remaining ingredients. Roll mixture into small balls and place inside caps.
Place on greased (Pam) baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
