Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. frozen or canned green peas
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomatoes
3 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Drain cooked, frozen peas or canned peas.
If frozen peas are used, cook in 1/2 cup boiling, salted water.
Put 1 cupful in a buttered baking dish.
