Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz. size) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. chopped nuts (1 c. for batter and 1 c. for icing)
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients
    in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and salad oil.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
    Do not beat. Stir in pineapple, vanilla, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into three 9-inch cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cake tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove and cool thoroughly. Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.
