Crusty Beef, Cheese And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 lb. lean ground beef
3 (10 1/4 oz.) cans meatless mushroom sauce (for spaghetti)
1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Heat oil; add onion and cook until golden.
Add meat and cook until meat loses its red color.
Add mushroom sauce and heat. Arrange in casserole, half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese.
Make another layer of noodles.
Add sauce and top with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, until top is nicely browned.
Serves 8 to 10.
