Barbecue(Spicy-Sweet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

large roast
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbsp. chili powder
3/4 c. jelly
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. A.1.

Preparation

Cook roast until it falls apart.
Cool and tear apart.
Place in a large pot.
Mix all other ingredients and add to meat. Simmer at least 40 minutes.
