Aunt Millie'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. crushed, seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli in the boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
