Cornbread Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 tart apples, chunked (not peeled)
    3 c. crumbled cornbread
    3 c. crumbled French bread
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    chopped apricots
    2 1/2 c. yellow onion
    1 lb. lightly seasoned lite sausage
    3 c. crumbled white/wheat bread
    1 tsp. dried sage
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onions finely.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Melt butter in a pan.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Stuff turkey neck and body cavity or can be cooked separately.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour a little chicken broth over.
