Fruit Cake(No Bake - Keep In Refrigerator) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk
2 pkg. miniature marshmallows (10 oz. pkg.)
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 regular box graham crackers, crushed fine
1 lb. coconut
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied fruit
4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; heat in pan slowly until oleo and marshmallows are melted.
Mix dry ingredients.
Pour the melted ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put in oiled Bundt pan to chill and set.
Turn out and slice.
Store in refrigerator.
It also keeps well in freezer.
