Apricot Sauced Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. dried apricots, chopped
    2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until apricots are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. After cooked sweet potatoes are cooled, peel and cut into 6 or so slices (about 1/2-inch thick). Arrange in baking dish. Spread with pecans. Pour sauce over all. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are glazed. Baste once or twice while baking. Serve hot.
