Artichoke Pita Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped, baked ham
    1/4 c. pitted green olives
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 small (6-inch) pitas
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine water, artichokes and celery in small saucepan. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Drain artichoke mixture well. Finely chop ham, green onions, olives and artichoke mixture in food processor.
    Scrape into large bowl.
    Puree cottage cheese in processor.
    Add to bowl with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
