Church Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, washed and quartered
    1 large onion, chopped
    Cavender's seasoning to taste
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes and chopped onion in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Cavender's seasoning.
    Pat stick of butter over top; cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
