Swiss Steak Quickie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut 1-inch thick
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Dot
    the
    center
    of
    a 20-inch sheet of heavy aluminum foil with
    1
    teaspoon
    butter
    or margarine.
    Shake half the contents of 1 envelope onion soup mix on the foil (dry).
    Over this, place chuck or round steak with remaining soup mix and 1 teaspoon butter.
    Add
    fresh
    mushrooms
    around steak.
    Bring foil
    up over meat and double-fold edges.
    Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
