Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium to large potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    bacon bits
    2 tsp. chives
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash potatoes and cut them into medium-size cubes. You can peel them if you like, but they are great with the skins on. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place potatoes in the dish and bake for an hour or until tender.
