Weight Watchers Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine (tub)
2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery
2 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
pepper to taste
Preparation

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over high until bubbly and hot.
Add celery and cook, stirring quickly and frequently, for 1 minute. Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion; continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper.
Stir well. Cook for 1 minute longer.
Makes 4 servings.
Each serving provides 1 3/4 vegetable exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
