Big Boy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 qt. strawberries

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and gelatin; add water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Fold in gently into 1 quart strawberries. Pour in 9-inch baked shell.
Top with whipped cream.
