Diabetic Reese'S Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. diabetic chocolate
graham cracker crumbs
peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Preparation

Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper.
Butter paper slightly. Melt chocolate in a double boiler until melted.
Pour 1/2 of chocolate into pan to make a thin layer.
Let cool until hard. Mix graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter (amount of each depends on your desires).
Spread evenly over hardened chocolate. Pour remaining chocolate over peanut butter mixture.
Let cool and cut into squares.
