Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Brown sausage and pour off grease. Add onion, garlic, celery and bell pepper. Simmer until tender. Wash rice and add to mixture. Add soups and pour into baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
