Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place 1/4 cup of sugar in a saucepan and melt over low heat to caramelize.
    Sugar will liquify and turn light brown.
    Pour into a 1-quart baking dish and coat bottom.
