Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    2 c. butter
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper or paprika
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Add butter.
    Let these reach room temperature. Cream with mixer; gradually add flour, salt and pepper.
    Use star plate or cookie press to shape on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 12 dozen.
