Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes (2 cans)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/2 lb. lasagna
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and garlic lightly in salad oil over medium heat.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to package, leaving them slightly uncooked.
    Drain.
