Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can (small) chopped green chilies
    1 chopped onion
    grated Cheddar cheese
    cheese Dorito chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 can water
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown together beef, chilies and onions.
    Add chicken soup, cheese soup, evaporated milk, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Make 2 layers of chips.
    Then beef mixture, then cheese in 8 x 12-inch oblong pan.
    Bake in oven 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown and hot throughout.
