Apple Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in pecans, half the butterscotch morsels and apples.
Spread batter (will be very stiff) into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining morsels.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 55 minutes or until done.
