Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 egg yolks
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; stir in sugar, cornstarch, water, lemon juice and rind.
Cook until mixture is thick.
Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites and put meringue on top of pie.
