Mincemeat Bread Stuffing(For Turkey Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. soft 1/2-inch bread cubes
3/4 c. mincemeat
dash of pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Toast bread cubes until slightly crisp.
Add mincemeat, salt, pepper and butter.
Toss lightly with 2 forks until well blended. Use to stuff chicken or turkey.
