Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper (white)
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Toss cucumbers with salt.
    Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, onion, sugar and pepper; blend well.
    Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture.
    Combine cucumbers with remainder of the sour cream mixture.
    Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
    To serve, place remainder of mixture over top for garnish.
