Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, stewed, or 1 whole chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1/2 pkg. LeSueur peas
    1 sleeve Town House crackers
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Chop chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Mix together the rest of the ingredients except for the crackers and cheese.
    Crumble the crackers and spread 1/2 cup of the crumbs over the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Put mixture into dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Spoon over hot biscuits or toast to serve.
