Chicken And Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans chunk chicken
    1 c. chopped raw spinach
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
    4 onion slices
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Drain chicken; reserve broth.
    Mix chicken, spinach and 1/4 cup cheese.
    Top each muffin with onion and 1/4 of the chicken mixture.
    Mix broth and milk.
    Combine with remaining cheese, egg and mustard.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Serve at once.
    Serves 2 to 4.
