Italian Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground meat
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown ground meat, onion and pepper in a 10-inch skillet; drain.
Combine oats and egg in bowl and mix until oats are coated.
Add oats to meat mixture; cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until oats are dry, separated and lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Add combined tomato sauce, water, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano; continue cooking for 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
