Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 (8 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Pour a small amount of oil into 10-inch iron skillet; heat in oven.
    Add ingredients to cornmeal in order that they are listed.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour in iron skillet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
