Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 c. (scant) Minute rice
    2/3 c. (scant) sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 stick butter
    cinnamon
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Bring rice to a boil in milk.
    Add sugar and salt.
    While heating, beat eggs and vanilla together.
    Put hot milk mixture in a 2-quart bowl, add eggs and raisins. Set bowl in shallow pan of water.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0, stirring after each 15 minutes, the last 15 minutes with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
