Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into 6 oval patties.
    Brown patties in skillet; drain.
    Add remaining soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
    Blend 1/4 cup water into flour until smooth.
    Stir into soup mixture.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
    This is a low-fat recipe.
