Canoli Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pt. whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    watermelon rind
    red cherries
    block chocolate
Preparation
    Cream Ricotta cheese.
    Whip the whipping cream.
    Add confectioners sugar to cream.
    Mix cheese and cream; mix well. Cut up very fine the cherries, chocolate and watermelon rind. Then mix all together with cheese and cream.
