Tropical Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Put pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, coconut and extract in blender.
Cover and process until well mixed.
Remove to bowl and add pineapple.
Mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon into prepared crust.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan (ungreased). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched with finger.
Cool in pan.
