1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded (about 3 c.)
2 red or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch julienne strips
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring vinegar and water to a boil with sugar, salt and mustard seed; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
