Pineapple Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation

Make crumbs of vanilla wafers.
Place 1/2 in bottom of buttered pan.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture over crumbs.
Whip cream; add pineapple and nuts.
Pour over 1st mixture.
Cover with remainder of crumbs.
Refrigerate overnight.
