Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices white bread
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. Old English cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed and buttered
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut crust off.
    Cut into cubes and sprinkle with mustard and salt.
    Add grated cheese.
    Beat eggs and add milk.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Pile cornflakes on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is set.
    Use 7 1/2 x 12-inch or 8 x 13-inch pan.
