Creamy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Gently simmer chicken until tender (approximately 20 minutes). Remove chicken from the bone and cut up in small chunks.
