Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cured ham, ground
    1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, ground
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 egg
    milk (to moisten)
    season to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into loaf or into two loaves. Place in oven with small amount of water and in covered container. Roast at 350\u00b0.
