Barbecue Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    1 onion, sliced or diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    3 slices bacon (uncooked)
    1/2 stick margarine
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cut cabbage to base in 4 quarters, but do not cut all the way through.
    Open cabbage and alternate layers of onion, pepper and tomato.
    Add margarine.
    Add bacon slices.
    Wrap twice in heavy-duty foil, must be wrapped twice.
    Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes in coals.
