Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 medium potato
1 jar peanut butter

Preparation

First boil potato with skin on it.
Peel potato after its cooked.
Mash potato into sugar while hot.
Mix into stiff ball. Roll out onto wax paper.
Spread peanut butter on it.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Now slice into slices.
