Easy Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. peeled shrimp, uncooked
    1 tsp. Season-All
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 small can green peas
    1/2 small can carrots, chopped, not sliced
    5 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In oil brown onion well.
    Add shrimp and cook until pink.
    Add egg and stir constantly until cooked.
    Add 5 cups cooked rice, Season-All, soy sauce, peas and carrots.
    Mix together and cook over low fire about 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
