Velvet Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning or crab seasoning
    cooking oil in deep fat fryer
Preparation
    Preheat cooking oil to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour and Old Bay seasoning in a Ziploc bag.
    Rinse shrimp; place in Ziploc bag; shake evenly to coat shrimp.
    Carefully place shrimp in hot cooking oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp float on surface of oil.
    Drain shrimp on paper towels and serve with Cocktail Sauce.
