Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained salmon
    8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put drained salmon in bowl and remove skin as desired.
    Add sour cream, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Crush corn flakes and add to mix until it holds shape (about 2 1/2 cups).
    Flatten into patties and place in more crushed corn flakes.
    Fry until golden brown.
