Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce, shredded with knife
    1 head cauliflower
    1 pkg. radishes, sliced
    1 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    6 to 8 strips bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. American cheese, grated
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 purple onion, sliced thin
    1 small can English peas, drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, pepper, cauliflower, onion, radishes and peas in a large bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise with sugar.
    Spread over salad to seal moisture in.
    Spread cheese and bacon pieces on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss well before serving.
