Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
Stir in a small amount of milk until blended.
Beat in egg yolks, then add rest of milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat (stir constantly until thick). Then add vanilla.
